Returns

Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Marissa Perfumes. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@marissa-perfumes.ator call us. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item received, damaged or defective item).

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
